?Job ResponsibilitiesWork side by side with our design and engineering team to perform calculations and develop designs.
Perform engineering calculations to support designs including geotechnical, stormwater, and general civil aspects.
Develop designs and plan sheets in Civil 3D
Assist performing field investigations and construction oversight for both environmental remediation, geotechnical, and land development projects.
Assist with the development of reports, plans and specifications for client and governmental approvals and construction.
Have excellent communication and writing skills.
Possess solid technical and problem solving skills.
Potentially work on short and long-term field assignments.
Potentially complete 40-hour HAZWOPER training and be entered into the medical monitoring program upon hire.
Potentially complete Troxler nuclear density gauge training.
?Job RequirementsMust have High School Diploma or equivalent
Technician candidates must be enrolled in a civil engineering technology degree program.
Engineering candidates must be enrolled in an ABET-accredited University/College program studying Environmental Engineering, Civil Engineering or Geological Engineering.
Completed a soils mechanics lecture and laboratory class.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Cumulative grade point average of 3.0 or higher.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.)
Valid driver’s license without major violations.
Willingness to travel.
Ability to lift up to 40 pounds.
?Job Preferences：Previous internships with environmental or civil engineering consulting companies demonstrating progressive responsibility.
Experience with HydroCAD or Civil3D.
